Project Goal
Redesign a 25-slide PowerPoint deck to enhance its visual appeal, create consistency, and deliver a polished, professional presentation, within a 48-hour turnaround.
The Challenge:
The client needed more than just a design refresh, they wanted:
A fully cohesive visual style
Improved data visualization
A polished, professional look
Fast turnaround with strong communication
All of this had to be completed in 48 Hours, leaving very little room for back-and-forth.
The Solution:
I took a strategy-first approach, focusing on clarity and cohesion under pressure. My process included:
A quick alignment call to understand content and tone
Establishing a clean, modern color scheme
Enhancing slides for visual hierarchy and consistency
Redesigning charts and visuals to make data more engaging
Constant collaboration with the client to ensure we stayed aligned and on schedule
Everything was delivered on time, fully polished, and presentation-ready.
The Result:
The final presentation was delivered on time, fully aligned with the client's brand and communication goals. The redesigned deck made the content more engaging, visually consistent, and easier to understand, ultimately helping the client communicate their message more confidently and professionally.
